Framework Contract for Procurement of Office and Lab Management Items for Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended till date, using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms must submit separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed, stamped and in complete conformity with the bidding document, through the Punjab E-Procurement Punjab System by 23 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids, proposals or applications in hardcopy will not be entertained. Firms must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System, and bidders are responsible for uploading their bids before the deadline. Bidding documents are available through the department website, Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website.
