Framework Contract for local purchase of Medicines, Medical Devices and Surgical Disposable Items on a day-to-day basis and Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited/Subsequent Program for FY 2026-27 at THQ Hospital Sadiqabad. Estimated cost is Rs. 15.00 million and bid security is 2% of estimated cost, payable online through a PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System. Separate bids shall be submitted for each package, with Package 1 based on the maximum discount from the manufacturer retail price covering local manufacturers of medicines, multinational manufacturers of medicines and surgical/disposable items. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage One Envelope procedure according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. E-bids must be submitted online by 21 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Sadiqabad. Bidders are requested to give best and final prices as no negotiations are expected and applicable government taxes will be deducted.
