Procurement of Industrial Heat Blowers for TRW Machinery under MEPCO Tender No. 121/2026-27. Quantity is 5 numbers. The material is being procured on FCS basis at consignee store at Regional Stores Multan. Quoted rates must be in local currency without foreign exchange element, inclusive of all taxes and duties and exclusive of GST. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure applies under PPRA Rules 2004 as amended. Eligible bidders must register on EPADS Version 2.0 and submit e-bids electronically; manual bids are not accepted. Bid submission is scheduled for 21 September 2026 at 11:15 hours and bids will be opened half an hour after submission time at the office of Director Procurement, MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan. Original bid security in the fixed amount specified in the bidding documents, in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan, must be submitted before the e-bid deadline and a copy attached with the e-bid.
