Description
Procurement of 02 MRI Machines for Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat and Mayo Hospital Lahore. Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites e-bids from manufacturers, sole agents and sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered on the e-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Estimated price for both machines is PKR 996.616 million. Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids must be submitted online by 28 September 2026 at 2:00 PM and opened at 2:30 PM the same day. Bid security is 1% of the estimated cost of quoted item or lots and must be submitted electronically as required by the e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Items must be quoted in technical and financial proposals with both make and model. Hard copies are not required. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15 September 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of SHC&MED, and its minutes will be uploaded as an addendum. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or incorrectly submitted lot bids may be rejected. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
