Description
Supply of Disposable Syringes 05 ml and sterile IV Cannulas in sizes 18, 20, 22 and 24 for the Emergency Services Department, Government of the Punjab. Quantities and estimated costs are: 400,000 syringes, Rs. 8,000,000 with bid security Rs. 160,000; 17,150 IV Cannula 18 No., Rs. 1,715,000 with bid security Rs. 34,300; 29,702 IV Cannula 20 No., Rs. 2,970,200 with bid security Rs. 59,404; 70,840 IV Cannula 22 No., Rs. 7,084,000 with bid security Rs. 141,680; and 52,672 IV Cannula 24 No., Rs. 5,267,200 with bid security Rs. 105,344. Eligible bidders include local manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors with valid DML/Establishment License, DSL and relevant experience, registered with the tax department. Bidding uses Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement by 29 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM. Bid security of 2% of estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is not accepted.
