Procurement of handrails of escalators at JIAP under Procurement Notice reference CB95/06/Mech and Ref. P95959. Pakistan Airports Authority, Jinnah International Airport Karachi, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods described in the bidding documents through EPADS v2.0. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be used with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations, guides and instructions. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee or bid securing declaration. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS v2.0 for registered bidders. E-bids must be submitted electronically by 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submission is not accepted. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 must register to participate.
