Framework Contract for local purchase of medicines at 15% on a day-to-day basis for THQ Hospital Wazirabad for financial year 2026-2027. Estimated cost is Rs. 10 million and bid security is Rs. 500,000, valid for 120 days. Eligible firms and agencies of repute must have financially sound backgrounds, be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, and be involved in institutional pharmacy business or chain pharmacies with a valid retail drug sale license. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
