One Time Repair of HVAC System with replacement of all defective parts and Annual Maintenance, Repair & Operation Contract of HVAC System installed in New O.P.D Block of Services Hospital, Lahore, with capacity of 500 Ton Kawasaki. Estimated annual contract cost is Rs. 36,059,760 and bid security is Rs. 721,200. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Registered bidders must submit complete technical and financial bids through the PDF upload method on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The tender notice specifies bid submission by 28 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and electronic opening at 11:30 AM. Bid security equivalent to 2% of estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted.
