Purchase of Supply of Drinking Water approximately 5 to 10 tankers monthly, each having capacity of 8000 UK gallons, for NTU Karachi Campus - 29 Air Conditioners of different types for NTU Faisalabad Campus - 66 CRMs of different types - 05 Equipment of different types - 19 Carpentry Items of different types - 24 Chemicals, 23 Glassware Items and 23 Laboratory Miscellaneous Items - 36 Miscellaneous Items including Chemicals and Consumables - Computer Networking in Computer Lab and Offices - Stitched Uniform for Security Staff along with 11 allied accessories - 04 Security Items or Equipment. Delivery shall be made at NTU Faisalabad Campus except drinking water, which shall be delivered at NTU Karachi Campus. Fixed Earnest Money Bid Security is Rs.28,000 for drinking water - Rs.157,000 for air conditioners - Rs.85,500 for CRMs - Rs.15,000 for equipment - Rs.11,500 for carpentry items - Rs.13,500 for chemicals, glassware and laboratory miscellaneous items - Rs.10,000 for miscellaneous items - Rs.22,500 for computer networking - Rs.12,500 for security uniforms and accessories - Rs.27,000 for security items and equipment. Tender processing shall be through EPADS e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System under PPRA Rule 36(b) on FOR basis. Bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized agents or distributors, firms and suppliers registered for GST, PST and Income Tax. Tender documents are available on EPADS v2.0 and may also be downloaded from the official website. Tender document fee is Rs.1,000 non-refundable, payable through Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of National Textile University, Faisalabad, drawn on Faisalabad. Eligible firms must submit bids through EPADS v2.0 and the specified fixed Earnest Money must be submitted to the Purchase Office through Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of NTU EARNEST/RETENTION MONEY, payable at Faisalabad. Bid Security Pay Orders must reach the Convener Purchase Committee by 24-09-2026 at 02:00 PM physically or through courier. Bids will be opened through EPADS on the same day at 02:30 PM in the office of the Convener Purchase Committee, Admin Block, in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who wish to attend.
