Private Security Staff Hiring Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of Private Security Staff from a well reputed security firm for the security and safety of CPGCL Guddu for a period of one year or 365 days for 2026-2027. Eligible participants are renowned private security agencies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and having a credible track record and experience in the required services. Participating firms must provide their experience profile with the offered bid. Fixed Bid Security of PKR 500,000 is required in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee, refundable and drawn in favor of Central Power Generation Company Ltd. The bidding shall comprise a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding process under PPRA Rule 36(b). Interested participants shall submit their proposals through e-PADS. Tender documents may be downloaded from the PPRA website. The last date for issuing tender documents is 22-09-2026 at 14:00 Hrs and tenders shall be received and opened on 22-09-2026 at 14:30 Hrs. In case of a Government public holiday or unavoidable circumstance, the tender will be opened on the next working day. The Chief Executive Officer may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule 33(1).
