Supply of Empty Plastic Bottles 60ml Complete Set under Tender No. 09/VRI/Anaerobe/HS/AC/2026-27 with quantity of 4,500,000 Nos and stated estimated price of Rs.157.50 million - Oil Adjuvant for Animal Vaccine for HS vaccine production under Tender No. 10/VRI//HS/AC/2026-27 with quantity of 41,125 kg and stated estimated price of Rs.296 million. Eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may download specifications and Tender Documents free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website after publication. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall apply. Bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of CDR, Banker's Cheque or Bank Guarantee in favor of Director, VRI, Lahore must be submitted or deposited on the Punjab e-Procurement System along with the technical bid, failing which the offer shall be rejected as non-responsive. All e-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 16-09-2026. E-bids shall be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM at VRI, Lahore. Upon acceptance of the tender, performance guarantee of 5% of the total bid amount shall be deposited before award of the supply order under PPRA Rule 56. Procurement and assessment shall be governed by PPRA Rules 2014 as amended up to date.
