Supply of Surgical Dressings including Cotton Bandages BPC 10 cm x 6 meters - Crepe Bandages 04 inches x 4.5 meters - Sterilized Gauze Pieces 10 cm x 10 cm 8PLY packed as specified - Surgical hypoallergenic latex-free breathable paper Tape 2.5 cm x 5 yards - Cotton Roll 500 gm - Alcohol Swabs boxes packed with 200 - Cotton Bandages BPC 6.5 cm x 6 meters. Quantities are 150,000 Cotton Bandages, 125,000 Crepe Bandages, 26,000 boxes of Sterilized Gauze Pieces, 58,000 paper tapes, 14,000 Cotton Rolls, 2,500 Alcohol Swab boxes and 200,000 Cotton Bandages. Estimated costs are Rs.21,000,000 - Rs.22,500,000 - Rs.18,200,000 - Rs.6,960,000 - Rs.11,200,000 - Rs.1,000,000 and Rs.17,000,000 respectively, with bid securities of Rs.420,000 - Rs.450,000 - Rs.364,000 - Rs.139,200 - Rs.224,000 - Rs.20,000 and Rs.340,000. E-bids are invited from Local Manufacturers and Sole Agents of Foreign Principals having valid DML or Establishment Certificate, DSL and relevant experience, with bidders required to be registered with the tax department in Pakistan and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the PDF upload method. Complete bids and required documents must be submitted electronically and bids will be opened electronically on 26-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee shall not be accepted. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 shall apply.
