Estimated amounts are Rs.780,000 - Rs.19,300,000 - Rs.1,730,000 - Rs.3,867,000 - Rs.6,400,000 - Rs.11,000,000 - Rs.24,782,000 - Rs.8,000,000 - Rs.1,976,000 - Rs.10,707,000 - Rs.2,668,000 - Rs.5,000,000 - Rs.1,000,000 and Rs.12,500,000 respectively, with bid securities of Rs.23,400 - Rs.579,000 - Rs.51,900 - Rs.116,010 - Rs.192,000 - Rs.330,000 - Rs.743,460 - Rs.240,000 - Rs.59,280 - Rs.321,210 - Rs.80,040 - Rs.150,000 - Rs.30,000 and Rs.375,000 respectively. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and applicable PPRA regulations and guidelines. Tender Nos. 1 to 11 shall use the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure, while Tender Nos. 12, 13 and 14 shall use the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical and Financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tenders will close on 23-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bid security shall be submitted or transferred online through the established e-Procurement System procedure in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Bidders must ensure timely electronic submission, and incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Valid NTN or Income Tax, Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax registration and other applicable statutory documents must be submitted.
