Description
Procurement of 02 MRI Machines for Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital Gujrat and Mayo Hospital Lahore with an estimated price of PKR 996.616 million for both machines. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents and sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading, registered on the e-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions are available electronically. E-bids must be submitted online by 28-09-2026 at 02:00 PM and will be opened electronically on the same day at 02:30 PM. Bid security of 1% of the estimated cost of the quoted item or lot is required electronically as prescribed by the e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Items must be quoted in both Technical and Financial Proposals with Make and Model, and hard copies are not required. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15-09-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of SHC&MED, with minutes to be uploaded as an addendum. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected, incorrectly submitted or incorrectly lot-wise submitted e-bids may be rejected. In case of an official holiday on the opening date, the next day will be treated as the opening date with the same time and venue.
