Medical Equipment Accessories Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Supply of Medical Equipment and Accessories comprising a total of 25 items through electronic bidding. The procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Only electronic bids shall be submitted and no physical bid is required. Tender fee is PKR 1,000 and bid security is 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. Eligible bidders must have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity, turnover of at least PKR 50,000,000 in the previous 3 years, presence on the Active Taxpayer List and Sales Tax Certificate, and must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible. The bidder must have a functional corporate office in Balochistan with PTCL phone or fax facility and must provide manufacturer or sole-agent authorization where applicable. Supplies must be offered at reasonable bulk-order prices below the trade price, and the bidder must agree to serve the contract within 3 months from the date of Supply Order. Applicable Government taxes must be complied with. Shelf life must be 75% for local products and 70% for imported products from the date of supply of medicine. One sample of each quoted consumable item must be provided at bid submission. Bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard by 18-09-2026 at 12:00 PM and opened on the same day at 01:00 PM through the EPPS System.
