Vehicle Emission Monitoring System Prequalification Tender Notice

Description

Pre-qualification for the Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of an Integrated Vehicle Emission Monitoring Equipment and Associated Infrastructure. The Procuring Agency invites applications from national and local companies and firms registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Joint Venture and Consortium participation is allowed. The National Competitive Bidding and Pre-Qualification process shall be conducted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and is open to prospective applicants meeting the requirements in the Pre-Qualification Documents. The project comprises a complete package for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of an integrated vehicle emission scanning and monitoring system and associated infrastructure. Applications duly completed, signed, stamped and conforming to the Pre-Qualification Documents must be submitted online by 17-09-2026 at 11:00 AM with required supporting documents and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day through the Punjab E-Procurement System in the presence of participating applicants. Partial and conditional applications will not be considered. Applicants must demonstrate capability to undertake the complete scope and partial participation or partial quotation within the package is not permitted. Late applications or applications not submitted according to the prescribed method shall be rejected.
