Icu Ventilators Service Maintenance Contract Tender Notice
Description
Service and Maintenance Contract of ICU Ventilators at Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi for the financial year 2026-2027. E-bids are invited from registered firms having established technical, experienced, financial and managerial capabilities and registered with relevant departments, PPRA Punjab, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments with active taxpayer status. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through E-PROCUREMENT PUNJAB under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. The bidding procedure shall be Single Stage Two Envelopes under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and Financial offers inclusive of all taxes and in complete conformity with the bidding documents must be submitted online by 25-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on 25-09-2026 at 10:30 AM under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of the procurement committee and participating firms representatives. Bid security of 2% of the estimated total bid cost is required under PPRA Rules 2014 in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in the name of Medical Superintendent Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, attached in PDF format and submitted in original to the hospital purchase office. Procurement, receiving, opening and awarding shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, and the Medical Superintendent may reject all bids or proposals under Rule 35.
