Electrical Hardware Inverter Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Electrical Consumable Items under F-170-Tender - Hardware Items including Tonners under F-171-Tender - Provision and Installation of Inverter with Lithium Battery under F-172-Tender. Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders. Award shall be made to the lowest most advantageous bid on item rate basis. The bidding procedure shall be Single Stage One Envelope. Tender documents will be issued from the first day of advertisement through websites and newspapers up to 21-09-2026 at 11:15 AM. Tender fee is Rs.7,000 per tender, non-refundable, payable through cash deposit in HBL Account or Pay Order in favor of PUMHSW OTHER RECEIPTS ACCOUNT. Bids shall be submitted through SPPRA-EPADS by 21-09-2026 at 11:15 AM and bids received after the due date and time shall be unaccepted. Bids will be opened through EPADS on 21-09-2026 at 11:45 AM. Bid security is required through Demand Drafts issued in Pakistani Rupees in favor of Security Deposit PUMHS for Women, with amounts of Rs.200,000 for F-170, Rs.150,000 for F-171 and Rs.200,000 for F-172. Bids must be submitted through EPADS only and manual bids shall be unaccepted. Eligibility includes valid NTN and GST registration for goods and SRB registration for services, minimum three years relevant experience, turnover as specified in the Bid Document and fulfillment of mandatory documentary requirements.
