Janitorial Technical Services Provision Tender Notice
Description
Provision of Janitorial and Technical Services for the NHA Regional Complex Havelian Interchange Abbottabad and its attached offices. Sealed bids are invited from companies and firms registered with Income Tax and GST and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List, with ISO certification. Bid security of Rs.200,000 is required in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of General Manager National Highway Authority Abbottabad Retention Money Account. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelopes. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions are available for free download from the NHA website. Bids prepared according to the bidding documents must reach the specified address by 22-09-2026 at 11:00 Hours and technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hours in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Bidders providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information may be disqualified and subject to legal action, and default firms will not be considered eligible. NHA reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rules. Firms are advised to obtain EPADS registration as manual hard-copy bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
