Framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 covering Local Purchase of Medicine for Dialysis SSP under reference THQWZD/2026-2027/A01 with an estimated value of Rs.10 million and bid security of Rs.500,000 - Local Purchase of Medicine 15% Day to Day under reference THQWZD/2026-2027/A02 with an estimated value of Rs.10 million and bid security of Rs.500,000. Interested firms and agencies of repute with financially sound backgrounds must be registered with the sales tax and income tax departments and be involved in institutional pharmacy business or chain pharmacies with a valid retail drug sale license. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedures specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders must register as suppliers on the Punjab E-Procurement System and access bidding documents through the platform. Technical bids are scheduled to be opened on 23-09-2026 at 12:00 PM, while bidders may attend the Medical Superintendent office at 10:00 AM. Bidding documents must be accompanied by bid security valid for 120 days in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan, with the original CDR submitted to the Medical Superintendent office one hour before bid opening. Bidders are requested to submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not expected. Applicable taxes will be deducted according to Government rules.
