Annual framework contracts for implementation of the FY 2026-27 budget covering rehabilitation, maintenance, renovation and uplifting of parks, green belts and tree plantation - patch work and kerb stone painting and painting for beautification purposes - providing and fitting of pana flexes and steamer items for different events - rented machinery for 2026-2027 - rehabilitation and maintenance of street lights and transformers - providing and fitting of different items for event management - repair and maintenance of machinery and official vehicles - repairing of transformers, disposal station motors, pumps and control panels for 2026-27. Estimated costs are Rs.10.000 million for parks and green belts - Rs.10.000 million for patch work and beautification painting - Rs.4.000 million for pana flexes and steamer items - Rs.3.500 million for rented machinery - Rs.4.936 million for street lights and transformers - Rs.2.000 million for event management items - Rs.2.000 million for machinery and official vehicle repair - Rs.2.468 million for transformers, motors, pumps and control panels. Registered contractors on the Punjab e-Procurement System and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes are eligible. Bidding documents must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 22-09-2026 at 02:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the Hall of Municipal Committee, Ali Pur Chattha. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded in the form of CDR in favor of Municipal Committee Ali Pur Chattha, with the original CDR submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before opening. Conditional tenders shall not be entertained and selection shall be on least cost basis. Contractors offering rates more than 4.99% below the technical sanction estimated cost must deposit additional performance security under applicable PPRA and Works Rules 2017 within the stipulated period. Failure shall result in forfeiture of deposited money. Forged documents or CDR may result in legal action. Contractors shall perform works according to PPRA Rules.
