Construction of roads streets drainage system and allied civil works in NA-52 Tehsil Gujar Khan District Rawalpindi under multiple schemes including all related infrastructure development activities as per BOQ and DNIT - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on EPADS system - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS with item wise rates and accompanied by earnest money in form of CDR - original bid security must be submitted before opening time - manual submissions are not allowed and incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected - bids will be opened in presence of committee and bidders representatives as per schedule under Punjab Procurement Rules
