Local Purchase Medicines Panel Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Local Purchase Medicines to patients through panel for 2026-27. E-bids are invited from registered bidders on the E-Procurement System, including registered manufacturers, importers, distributors or suppliers with relevant registration authorities and DRAP registration, and active Sales Tax and Income Tax status. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and instructions can be downloaded through the stated PPRA, E-Procurement and PESSI websites. E-bids must be submitted by 23-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, accompanied by E-Bid Security at 2% of the budget in the prescribed format and original affidavit on e-stamp paper delivered to the Medical Superintendent before the closing date and time. E-bids will be opened through the E-Procurement System at 11:30 AM the same day.
