Community Center Furniture Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Provision of furniture for construction of community center for Marines at PNS Qasim. Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors and firms, with tenders for the specified work or supply to be issued to pre-qualified firms and contractors. Firms and contractors borne on approved list D of MES contractors or other Government departments having experience of this type of work may apply. Applicants not borne on the MES approved list must provide proof of appropriate departmental registration, financial standing with bank certificate, details of staff, tools and plants, and previous experience including works executed during the last two years and work in hand. Valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration and bank statement are required. Contractors not borne on the MES approved list or suspended for non-depositing enhanced standing security must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of estimated cost in the form of FDR, Deposit at Call or equivalent pledged in the name of CMES (Navy) COMCOAST; the amount is refundable where contractors are not pre-qualified or do not secure the contract. Prequalification applications are due by 18-09-2026 at 1500 hours, while tenders from pre-qualified firms are due by 25-09-2026 at 1130 hours and will be opened at 1200 hours. Incomplete applications or missing data will not be entertained.
