Purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services on Framework Contract for Financial Year 2026-27 through open competitive bidding on lot-wise basis, comprising A13001 Transport Repair - A13303 Repair Buildings - A03807 Lubricant - A09203 IT Equipment - A09701 Furniture & Fixture - A03970-001 Others (Misc. Items) - A03901 Stationery - A13101 Machinery & Equipment Repair - A09601 Plant & Machinery - A03955 Computer Stationery - A13201 Repair of Furniture - A03902 Printing Charges, with total estimated cost of Rs. 20,200,000 and total bid security of Rs. 606,000. E-bids must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement System by 23-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, and technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM under PPRA Rule 30(1); financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on a subsequently announced date and time. Bidders must submit bids lot-wise and each bid must cover the whole lot, comprising a single package containing technical and financial bids inclusive of all taxes. Original bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost must be submitted for each lot in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued from BOP in favour of SP/BATTALION COMMANDER PC-3, Multan before the submission deadline, with PDF copy uploaded as part of the technical bid. Successful bidders must provide 5% performance guarantee of the total contract value issued from BOP and execute the contract agreement. The procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Section 38(2)(a), Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, and technical samples/brochures are required where applicable.
