Procurement of fully automatic dewatering sets total 71 units including all technical specifications through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and submit bids electronically with technical and financial proposals - bid security of 2 percent required in form of CDR bank guarantee or pay order with original before deadline - only technically responsive bidders will proceed to financial evaluation under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014
