Supply Medicines Related Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medicines and related items comprising 129 total items. Procurement shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and all bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan. Tender fee is PKR 1,000 and bid security is PKR 100,000 through Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Eligible bidders must have an assignment of similar nature and complexity of PKR 1,000,000 in the previous two years, turnover of at least PKR 4,500,000 in two subsequent previous years, active taxpayer status, Sales Tax Certificate and valid Drug Sale Licence or authorization in the relevant category. Joint ventures are not permissible and bidders must not be blacklisted, debarred or suspended. Medicines must normally have at least 75% original shelf life at delivery and must be genuine, standard quality, legally registered or approved where required, DRAP compliant and fully traceable through the lawful supply and warranty chain. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Tender documents are issued from publication until 21-09-2026 during office hours. Bids must be submitted by 21-09-2026 at 1:00 PM and will be opened at 2:00 PM the same day.
