Black Top Road Reco Gardak Buleda Tender Notice
Description
Execution of construction of black top road from Reco to Gardak, Buleda, District Kech, under Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town Phase I and II for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on percentage rates. Estimated cost is PKR 1,400,456,000 and tender fee is PKR 2,000. Procurement shall follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be active taxpayers, registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority, must have completed two assignments of similar nature of work, have turnover of at least PKR 980,319,200 in three previous years, maintain an established office in Pakistan and may be subject to past performance verification. Existing Government of Balochistan contractors must submit a performance certificate. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Bid security of 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank is required. Bidding documents are available electronically from BPPRA. Bids must be submitted electronically by 24-09-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened at 1:00 PM the same day through the EPPS system.
