Solar System Installation Gct Rawalpindi Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of solar system for Government College of Technology, Rawalpindi, comprising 110Kw inverter and 70 Kw solar panels. Estimated amount is Rs. 9,481,297 and bid security is 5% amounting to Rs. 474,064. Bids are invited under Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure from contractors or firms having valid Pakistan Engineering Council enlistment or registration for 2026-27 in appropriate C-6 or above category with project code EE-11 and EE-06, and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and PPIB in the appropriate category. Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost and bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Online bids must be submitted by 28-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security is to be deposited in favour of the Principal through 1-Link or online bank transfer using PSID generated on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Accumulative rates for the whole tender will determine the lowest evaluated bidder.
