Procurement and fabrication of suction machines with capacity 4500 liters total 33 units including all specifications through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered and submit electronic bids with bid security of 2 percent in form of CDR bank guarantee or pay order with original before deadline - only technically responsive bidders will be invited for financial bid opening under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014
