Procurement and fabrication of dump truck units total 31 units including all technical specifications through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and submit electronic bids with technical and financial proposals - bid security of 2 percent in form of CDR bank guarantee or pay order must be submitted with original before deadline - only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial opening under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014
