Procurement of furniture and fixture items including supply of required office furnishings through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with income tax sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities - bids must be submitted electronically with bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR bank guarantee or demand draft - original bid security must be submitted before deadline and bids will be opened as per schedule under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014
