Hiring of support staff services for project management unit at Lahore and project implementation units at Gujranwala and Faisalabad including provision of required manpower services under EPADS - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and submit electronic bids with bid security in form of CDR demand draft or pay order - original bid security must be submitted before deadline and bids will be opened in presence of bidders under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014
