Procurement of consumables repair and maintenance of laboratory equipment and printing materials including media pamphlets under research project through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with income tax GST and PRA and submit electronic bids with bid security of 2 percent in form of CDR demand draft or pay order - original bid security must be submitted before deadline and bids will be opened as per schedule under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014
