Security Guards Special Education Centre Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security guards for the safety and security of students, staff, bus and building at a special education centre. Bids are invited from well reputed firms, agencies or bidders registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 750,000 and bid security is Rs. 37,500 equal to 5% of estimated cost, to be submitted through the prescribed digital banking mechanism against PSID, with original CDR and affidavit also required before bid opening. Bidders must have at least three years previous experience in providing security services to government departments, provide security services throughout the contract period, and provide specified weapons and ammunition to guards as required. Rates must be quoted per guard per month for a 12-hour shift inclusive of applicable taxes, and the minimum government-fixed salary must be ensured. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred. The successful bidder must furnish a refundable performance guarantee of 10% of the bid or contract price.
