Establishment of science laboratories in government high and higher secondary schools and GCEES in Balochistan under PSDP package 10 including supply installation and setup of lab infrastructure through single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with BPPRA and submit bids with bid security of 2 percent of estimated cost - technical bids will be evaluated prior to financial opening under BPPRA rules
