Development of documentaries and success stories for effective Technical Education and Vocational Training awareness for the Overseas Employment Promoter project under a framework contract, with estimated amount of Rs. 20,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 400,000. Encrypted electronic bids are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelopes national competitive bidding procedure from active tax bidders registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with Income Tax and Provincial Sales Tax Department. Bidding documents are available free of cost through Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Completed bids in conformity with the bidding documents must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System by 28 September 2026 at 10:30 A.M. and e-bids will be opened on 28 September 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Bid security must be submitted online according to PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System requirements. Detailed terms and conditions, procurement method, bid submission procedure and bid validity are contained in the bidding documents.
