Construction or renovation of the boundary wall of Christian Graveyard Manga Hathyar, Lahore, with estimated cost of Rs. 14,000,520, bid security of Rs. 700,026 equal to 5% of estimated cost, completion period of 08 months and required PEC category C-6 and above. Bids are invited on item-rate basis under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure from engineering firms or contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC licence and active filer NTN and PNTN. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System, with technical proposals evaluated first and financial proposals of responsive bidders opened subsequently. The firm must have PEC registration with specified specialized codes, FBR Income Tax registration, PRA registration, average working capital of at least 50% of estimated cost, closing bank balance and available bank credit line each of at least 25% of estimated cost, and at least three completed projects in the last five years each valued at 50% or more of estimated cost.
