Construction or renovation of the boundary wall of Christian Graveyard at Basra Colony, Muridkey, Sheikhupura, with estimated cost of Rs. 25,002,563, bid security of Rs. 1,250,128 equal to 5% of estimated cost, completion period of 06 months and required PEC category C-5 and above. Bids are invited on item-rate basis under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure from engineering firms or contractors registered on Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC licence and active filer NTN and PNTN. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically, with technical proposals evaluated first and financial proposals of responsive bidders opened subsequently.
