Construction of sewerage system including pipeline installation drainage infrastructure and associated civil works at railway line and adjoining areas of Sariab Mill Scheme with open competitive bidding under single stage two envelope procedure including submission through courier or tender box technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation with bid security of two percent of estimated cost performance security of five percent of contract value and bidding document fee of one thousand PKR with bid validity of ninety days
