Procurement Of Electronic Flight Bag For Helicopter Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of Electronic Flight Bag for MI-171-E Helicopter with estimated amount of Rs. 1.2 million. Sealed bids are invited from bidding firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bids shall be received on lot-wise basis under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The bidding document requires the item name, brand, quality, mode of procurement such as CFR, CPT, DDP or DAP, and warranty particulars to be stated in the technical specifications. Bids must be uploaded electronically through EPADS or Punjab e-Procurement. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of Rs. 1,200,000 in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Late bids will be rejected and the CDR must be submitted at least two days prior to tender opening, failing which the firm will be disqualified.
