Supply Planting Trees Ornamental Plants Tender Notice

Supply of plants including loading, unloading, carriage and planting along Vehari to Multan Road KM No. 06-50/LRS, total average length KM 110, including healthy plants in earthen pots or grow bags of 12 inch pot size and 5 to 6 feet height, properly shifted with carriage and provision at site. Species include Amaltas, Budha, Lagestroemia, Bakain, Kachnar, Tabebuia, Tecoma, Jacaranda, Bottle Brush, Neem, Terminelia, Peepal, Pilkan, Sirs, Kikar, Shisham, Hibiscus, Jatrofa, Kanair, Sukhchain and other miscellaneous shady ornamental flowering shrubs and trees according to site conditions. Estimated cost is Rs. 9,075,000 with bid security of Rs. 453,750 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Eligible firms or contractors must be registered and renewed with FBR, PRA and PEC with CE-10 and FC&R and possess professional tax certificate and Punjab e-Procurement registration. Bids shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and 5% bid security shall be submitted online. Firms must have their own nursery and experienced forest-related consultant or qualified staff, while machinery and equipment for maintenance of forest areas shall be provided by the contractor. Bids shall be quoted for the single package and against each item, with the lowest evaluated bidder determined on cumulative quoted rates. Joint venture is not allowed.
