Procurement of plants on annual framework contract basis for FY 2026-27 for Horticulture Zone-VII, Mall Road and LBC, Lahore, divided into four lots: Tree Plants with estimated cost of Rs. 44,342,200 and bid security of Rs. 886,844; Shrubs and Hedges with estimated cost of Rs. 1,974,500 and bid security of Rs. 39,490; Ground Covers with estimated cost of Rs. 658,000 and bid security of Rs. 13,160; and Vines or Climbers with estimated cost of Rs. 1,296,000 and bid security of Rs. 25,920, for a total estimated amount of Rs. 48,270,700. Eligible firms, nurseries and relevant experienced firms must be registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable. Procurement shall be conducted lot-wise under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System, with lowest rates accepted and financial bids of only technically qualified firms opened. Plants shall be supplied at the designated site as directed within the stipulated purchase order period, and the competent authority may increase or decrease required quantities by 15%.
