Construction of multipurpose hall including complete civil works structural development and associated facilities with open competitive bidding through single stage two envelope procedure using electronic submission via EPPS including eligibility based technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation with bid security of two percent of estimated cost performance security of five percent of contract value and bidding document fee of one thousand PKR with bid validity of ninety days
