Construction of dual carriageway blacktop road including sewerage line side drains footpaths main entrance gates on both sides and street lighting infrastructure from near Gild Kurd Pump to Sariab Mill main road with open competitive bidding under single stage two envelope procedure including submission through courier or tender box technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation with bid security of two percent of estimated cost performance security of five percent of contract value and bidding document fee of one thousand PKR with bid validity of ninety days
