Construction or renovation of the boundary wall of Christian Graveyard at Rana Bhatti, Sharaqpur, Sheikhupura. The bidder must have a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in Category C-6 and above with mandatory specialized codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, CE-11(i), CE-11(vii), EE-04, EE-11(vi) for general electrical works only and ME-07(v), valid FBR Income Tax registration and Punjab Revenue Authority registration. Average working capital must be at least 50% of estimated cost during the last three financial years, closing bank balance must be at least 25% of estimated cost, and available bank credit line must be at least 25% of estimated cost. The firm must have completed at least three projects during the last five years, each having a value of at least 50% of the estimated cost, supported by work orders and performance or completion certificates. The bidder must satisfy all stated technical criteria and provide all required documents. In case of a joint venture, the lead partner must meet all seven criteria while other partners must meet criteria 1 to 3.
