Construction of fruit and vegetable markets grain markets bus terminals and livestock market including complete civil works infrastructure development and associated facilities under PSDP with open competitive bidding through single stage two envelope procedure using electronic submission via EPPS including eligibility based technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation with bid security of four percent of estimated cost performance security of ten percent of contract value and bidding document fee of two thousand PKR with bid validity of ninety days
