Stationery Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of stationery items for financial year 2026-27, with estimated cost of Rs. 0.8 million and bid security of 2% of estimated cost. Bids are invited from original manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized dealers and well-reputed firms registered on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System with relevant experience and registration with relevant authorities and tax departments. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Bidders must submit item-wise rates and the specified bid security in the prescribed form, including original financial instrument in addition to the uploaded soft copy. Bids will be opened in the presence of the committee and participating bidders or representatives.
