Upgradation Construction Works Rawalpindi Women University Tender Notice

Procurement covers upgradation and rehabilitation of chemistry labs at Rawalpindi Women University with estimated cost of Rs. 4.999 million and earnest money of Rs. 99,980; upgradation of the main library with estimated cost of Rs. 4.98 million and earnest money of Rs. 99,600; and construction of a paved bus parking area, paved pathway from chemistry labs to main road and wall paneling of chemistry lab with estimated cost of Rs. 3.57 million and earnest money of Rs. 71,544. Bids are invited from active tax bidders registered with Federal and Provincial tax authorities, Punjab E-Procurement System and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant C-6 and above category and CE-10 specialization. The Single Stage-One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure shall apply. Bids must be completed, signed and stamped and submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement by 30-09-2026 before 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM. Manual, telephonic or conditional bids are not accepted. Required attested documents include CNIC, PEC registration, active tax status and non-blacklisting affidavit, with scanned copies attached to the bid. Rates must be quoted against each DNIT/BOQ item rather than percentage. Bid security shall be submitted electronically and physical financial instruments including CDR are not accepted.
