Prequalification Repair Maintenance Firms Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms, suppliers and contractors for repair and maintenance of transport, official vehicles and motorcycles - repair of furniture and fixtures - repair of machinery and equipment - repair of hardware, computers, printers and IT equipment - software maintenance - repair and maintenance of office buildings and civil works. The procurement for FY 2026-2027 is extendable for three years through an Open Framework Agreement under Rule 16-A of PPRA Rules 2004. Firms must be registered through EPADS V2.0, FBR and SECP or relevant authorities and have NTN/GST, with workshops, stocks, manpower and expertise based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. A security deposit of Rs.100,000/- is required separately for each work discipline in the form of Pay Order in favor of Deputy Commissioner, ICT. Proposals must be submitted through EPADS and hard copies must reach the specified office by the deadline, with opening on the same day. All applicable taxes are deducted according to tax laws. Fake documents, misinformation and unfair means may result in blacklisting, and the authority reserves the right to reject bids under Rule 33.
